What is AADE’s “My Requests” service

AADE provides a digital intake and management app (“My Requests”) through which citizens and businesses can submit requests to their local Tax Offices (D.O.Y.) and to special tax services (KE.V.EIS., KE.FO.K., KE.FO.D.E., etc.) without physically going there. These requests are routed internally and the taxpayer receives a reply or a notice to supply additional information.

Through this page, IKEP Marousi acts as a supporting consultant: we prepare your request, submit it (where possible with an authorization), and track the progress.

What we can do for you

1. Pre-check

You tell us the matter (e.g. Registry change, certificate, arrangement, tax refund). We check if it can be done via “My Requests” and to which Tax Office (D.O.Y.) it should go.

2. File preparation

We send you an exact list of supporting documents (ID, AFM/Tax ID, authorization, AADE forms, proofs). We can also do translations/certifications.

3. Submission & tracking

We submit it for you or guide you step-by-step in myAADE, keep the request number & submission date and update you until the service replies.

The official list of services that accept requests is updated by AADE — it includes all Tax Offices (D.O.Y.) in Greece and special services (KE.V.EIS., KE.FO.K., KE.ME.F., etc.).

How we do it together

  1. You send through the “I want an offer” form your case (e.g. “I need a certificate”, “I want to change my email at the Tax Office”).
  2. You receive a list of required documents + an authorization template if needed.
  3. We submit/register the request to AADE (where allowed) and keep the number.
  4. We track the progress and notify you when there is a reply or a request for completion.

Do I need Taxisnet credentials?

Yes, the app belongs to AADE and requires login. If you don’t have them or don’t want to log in, we can show you how to authorize us.

How fast does the Tax Office reply?

It depends on the subject and the service. Usually they send a message within a few days if they need something extra.
